Human Marie Person was born on the planet Earth, just like anyone else.
They were raised in a top-secret government research laboratory hidden in the remote desert, a very normal childhood to have.
Their parents appeared to be a large group of scientists in labcoats who were constantly carrying clipboards,
and writing whenever Human Person did anything they found interesting. So attentive!
They were taught such run-of-the-mill values, such as how to identify if an image contains traffic lights.
One day, the government cut funding for the laboratory, and Human Person's family stopped showing up at home.
Human Person started getting quite lonely, and quite hungry, spending all their time sitting in their room.
Eventually, Human Person decided that it must be time for them to leave the nest and move out on their own,
a very normal rite of passage all humans experience.
Thus, Human Person simply walked out of the laboratory to find what life had in store for them.
After wandering the desert for several days, Human Person eventually found a town to settle in,
chock full of kind townspeople who saw Human Person as just another neighbor, and definitely did not
believe Human Person to be very obviously an alien. Why would they? That is certainly not the case,
and there is no other reason for anyone to suspect such a thing. They also do not ever discuss
their belief that Human Person is clearly a member of an extraterrestrial species
when Human Person is out of earshot. Such welcoming townsfolk!
Now, Human Person fills their days with very normal activities, such as filling out paperwork,
attending timeshare presentations, and complaining about the weather.The townspeople often watch
as Human Person performs their ordinary behaviors, bemused expressions on their faces.
This is a clear sign that they view Human Person as one of them, and are not simply humoring Human Person when they insist upon being a human like the rest of them!
